The United Isles, like the Wyvern Accord is a large sub-faction within the Kingdom of Malitis. The many kingdoms across the Western Isles signed the Western Compromise in order to create peace amongst them. They formed a large council to mediate the disputes between the independent, but united kingdoms. They chose the Leader of this council to be the the King of the Kingdom of Malitis to provide an outside opinion from a wider scope.
